"The property and its grounds are beautifully situated amongst the vines, for a peaceful relaxing stay. Our only disappointment was that the osteria/restaurant and gardens were completely unavailable for the second night of our stay. It would have been preferable to be advised of this on or prior to arrival rather than on the day, so we could have made alternative arrangements for dinner. "Peaceful hotel, traditional with helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit limited, hot food wasn’t warm and coffee not great. Few things a bit tired as it’s an old hotel things like towels being very thin were noted. Lovely place though and would stay again as great location."

"Lovely hotel in historic building. Aircon really good. We had a room with balcony facing lake- well worth it. Breakfast was great, lovely area out over lake to sun and swim. But the best thing was the staff. They were the perfect balance of friendly and helpful without being over effusive or fake. So many hotels in the area but we definitely picked the best one!"
