"Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same.
