"I was in a mixed dormitory and everything was nice and clean. They kept the general area cooler which is nice since it gets hot inside the bed/capsule but they also provide fans if you request one. I never had to wait to use the bathroom or one of the showers. There is laundry and vending machines in the building but no change machine so just keep that in mind. The location was quite convenient for transportation (bus, street car) and dining. They also had bikes for rent right outside. There was...

"This area really surprised me. It is remote but is beautiful! The resort is very old and needs a good cleaning. The entrance area had a mouldy smell, but the room were VERY big and clean!! Lots of room and liked the decor. I did like the private onsen, but it was not what I expected. It was more of a tube outside on your deck. I was expecting continuous hot water flow like in the public onsen."

"繁華街に近くホテルの近くの飲食店で食事をしました。焼きカキと瀬戸内産だと思いますが刺身が特に美味でした。 ホテルは広い湯舟が1階にあり気持ちよく入浴できました。和室にお世話になりました。布団を敷き快適に眠れました。朝食が追加500円でお腹いっぱい食べれたことは満足点の一つです。お世話になりました。"

"The hotel's location was superb.. only 3 minute walk from Hiroshima station, that unfortunately was not easy to navigate due to the construction at the time of our staying. The hotel was also only 1 minute walk from the streetcar station (enkobashi-cho). The room was small, same as any other hotels in Japan but it was clean & all the staff was very attentive & helpful."
