Sorry To send a customer into a public undercover parking, is not standard to me. I’d like to have my car safe nearby. Also suggest a room service with some food and beverages, not just what’s in the minibar, is standard in other Novotels."

"Room was excellent. The only issue was that we didn’t receive a message with our lockbox combination to get in the room. We went to the cafe down the road and they were able to get it for us. So no harm done, but if the cafe was closed we might have been in trouble. I’m sure this is a one of though, so please don’t let it deter you from a fantastic stay!"
