Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort

Terrible experience

We actually booked our stay for just one day but we had to extend our stay for one more. We had a very terrible experience as we lost our whole cash that we carried for the entire trip from the hotel. Because the bag in which the money was kept was not taken to any place with us and it was in the hotel itself. And when conveyed same to the hotel management they threatened us saying they would file a defamation case against us. We had a very unpleasant experience because after coming from nusa penida we realised we are left with no money in our hand. We thought if would not be safe to carry money everywhere but it got stolen in the room itself. They say the key is with us so they have no access to our room. Overall a very terrible experience.
