"We had a mixed experience during our 5-day stay. Elizabet, who was there every morning at breakfast except for our last day (May 26), was absolutely amazing. She always greeted us warmly, checked on us, asked if we needed anything, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She was one of the highlights of our stay and truly provided excellent customer service.
On the other hand, the older lady with glasses at the front desk was not very friendly. Whenever we asked about using the bikes or paddle boards, she would give us unpleasant looks and made us feel like we were asking stupid questions. We felt judged and uncomfortable interacting with her, which was disappointing. When you're paying for a 5-day stay at a hotel that isn’t cheap, you expect to feel welcomed and comfortable asking questions about amenities that are included with your stay.
Overall, Elizabet made a wonderful impression, but the front desk experience took away from what could have been a much better stay."
