"Very helpful staff. The air conditioning was not working during a hot period and I received a message warning me and asking me if I wanted a refund but I kept the booking. When I arrived at the hotel the staff were very helpful and offered me a fan and complimentary bottle of cold water. For the price I paid it was far more than I expected. Sometimes it’s just a little customer service which makes a problem much easier to accept! In the end sleeping with window open was completely adequate- I was in Portugal and expecting hot weather."
"This place is a hidden gem with all the ameneties and wonderful views. Staff were really friendly and parking is easily available on site. The breakfast was also really delicious. So happy to have chosen Sao Felix Hotel. Trust us, it will love it!!"
