I had to switch rooms because I found a roach in the bathroom. The next room had ketchup all over the rug and tile and the fridge did not have shelves. The third room was better, but when I went to call the front desk, the phone did not work and the front desk said they had an outages and was working on it. The staff however, was wonderful on all fronts! They were accommodating to each issue and made it a priority.

I stayed one night for a short business trip, and first off the front desk guy was a super nice and helpful person! The maintenance guy asked later if the temperature of the pool was good or not, and it was just the right temp. We felt safe and comfortable there. Breakfast was very good too. I would stay here again!

My son & I stay here every year for a week when he's got Coding Camp because of the yummy free breakfast, pool and the employees. They have all been nothing but nice and accommodating. They've allowed me late checkout because I can't pick my son up until 4pm so that's ALWAYS a great thing for me. We'll be back next year.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Got settled in room and TV did not work. Called front desk and the man said, "oh yea that TV doesn't work"! Had to pack up and move to a higher floor. Needed trolley to help so had to find one. No one offered any help.

There was no signal for the TV. We called the front desk. The person at the front desk said someone would be right up. Nobody showed up. The bed sagged in the middle. You had to set on the very edge of the bed or you fell back into it. The pool was nice. Nobody was there so we had it to ourselves.

The breakfast was very good & the kitchen staff were very friendly. We had a nice time staying there. My only complaint is I picked this location & paid a little extra for it because of the pool. It was/is not operational. They should update their amenities to show this.
