"Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. "

"Loved the feel of this historic hotel. The staff was great at both breakfast and check in. Temperature control in the room was a challenge and would have appreciated a little more communication on cleaning the room for our 2 night stay. Overall, our visit was very good. We would return. "

"I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again."

"If attending an event at the PPL center and just need a place to crash, this will most likely be ideal. I still cant figure out why the sinks hot water was much hotter than the actual shower. The shower, at best and to my family and I felt a touch warmer than luke warm. We did not attend any of the onsite games, so really not fair for me to judge. The TV system, if you wish to call it that,was "BYOTV" if you wish to watch anything. Sure there is a TV, but you need to either mirror or log in...

"The hotel's location is interesting but the signs to get there were on point.. Road leading there was not in the best condition so if you arrive at night be aware of this. The front desk staff were fantastic!!!.. Room was very nice.. Mattress comfortable and no allergy triggers.. (yes this is quite a issue for me).. I cannot comment on the pool or fitness center because I didn't see it nor did I really go looking. The coffee was great very strong.. coffee and tea were not available in common...

"The room was disgusting! Blood splatter on the curtain, wall, and carpet in 3 different areas on the room. A cheetos hand print on the wall above the bed as well. The was a health hazzard. "

"Nice clean property, breakfast was good. Not the hotels fault but, they were kids running in the hallway early Sunday morning waking up the guest. There should be rules in place for this kind of behavior. Parents sometimes allow their kids to run free and disturb other guests."
