The clerk signaled she did not understand English. She miraculously learned English instantly when she asked me to pay a € 1.76 fee. I had just arrived from Holland where the 1 cent coins don't circulate anymore so I gave he € 1.75. She refused to accept it withe the 1 cent missing so I gave her €1.80. She got angry when I asked for my change. "
