A great small hotel

The location is excellent for easy to Perth and all public transport. With Kings Park behind, a lovely park out front and a swim pool on site a lovely spot to stay.

We stayed for one night to attend a concert in kings park. The room was small but great value for what we needed. We were able to walk to and from the concert which was great.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, and nice easy check in. Clean and comfortable room, it had everything we needed and the use of space was impressive. Free parking was a huge bonus too, and it was easy to find. Definitely recommend for a city getaway.

Room was quite small but good. There needs to be some hooks on the wall as there is nowhere to hang gowns or anything as there is not much shelf space either. The staff were fantastic as was the dinner (never tried breakfast). Location to town is good.
