River Inn at Seaside

"The staff was AWESOME and the amenities were great...mostly. The pool and hot tub area could use a facelift and they both seemed dirty with tons of chlorine foam in the hot tub, The rooms were great, beds super comfortable, and the mini fridge was the larger version with an actual freezer. However, the coffee maker didn't work and we could hear every car that drove by, so the insulation isn't fantastic although it was Wheels -n- Waves weekend, so there was an unusual amount of muscle cars driving through."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. I needed a private space to work and WiFi . Space worked perfect for both! There are 2 levels , 2 rooms and a full bathroom up stairs. Main level had a sun room like area with a hide a bed couch and a door to close. The main room had a dining table, bed, bathroom and a full kitchen . Huge space for only 4 of us. Close enough to everywhere to walk."

"Breakfast and hot tub were awesome. Staff very nice. Owner needs to fix the ice machine and sauna. They've been broken for months and it reflects negatively on the property."

"The units are updated with a beautiful view of the ocean. Upon check-in you receive 2 beverages, and cookies. Great location and amenities. Their Wayfarer restaurant was ok, but our halibut was over cooked."

Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel by OYO Lincoln City

"Why stay? The balcony view into the bay. We were on the 3rd floor. We watched the tide come in, and with it harbor seals. We also enjoyed the sunset although we also went to the pier next door for another view. Loved that the room had a modern decorating flare and it was big enough that it also contained a 2-person couch. The exterior is a little beat, but that's life beside the ocean water."
