"Great place to stay, i have stayed here twice now and each stay has been wonderful. Geeat staff the manager is so helpful and accomodates to whatever needs i needed. Has everything you need whilst visiting Auckland. I didn't have to pack much which was great. Great location cloee to everything i needed. Will deffs be booking again, highly recommended to stay."

"The description said the bed is comfy. It was on and had lumps. The bathroom smelled of sewerage. When showering, the hot water would suddenly turn cold. The lift went up to level 6 totally fine but button was broken so to get back down, I had to walk down to level 5 with my suitcase. Overall, it was good for a 2 night stay and it's in a handy location"

"The backpackers is in a pretty hidden place and is kinda awkward to find. They do give detailed directions and there are signs to help show you the way. I felt a little be confused and kinda uncomfortable when the signs led me to an elevator at the back of the building and I had to ask someone nearby what floor number the backpackers was. The way the property is laid out can be confusing at first but the staff are very helpful and you will eventually become accustomed to it. The rooms are very...
