"Highly recommended if you're arriving to Narita's airport late/have an early flight the next day. The free shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and efficiently run. The offerings at the free breakfast buffet were varied and generous. Employees were incredibly helpful when I requested a taxi to the Narita shrine and asked them to store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. And I had fantastic views of the busy NRT tarmac from my 9th floor room --very fun to watch!"

"Airport shuttle services to and fro efficient and easy to locate at airport. Once at hotel the concierge will assist you to check in. Tim, chief concierge was super helpful and speaks English well. Staffs at checking in very polite and friendly. Hotel is a little aged but clean. Overall nice hotel to stay in."

"I loved that the convenient store and restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was altogether at this hotel location. Also, I liked the free shuttle. I loved the rooms and it was comfortable and new."
