"I did not like the way that the front desk staff operated . My key card was not working and I went to the front desk and told them about it and had to wait until after one hour with a six month old child who was hungry and tired , can’t find the override key to open the door . Thing should be in a box or somewhere where it can be easily accessible . I do hope that someone will address this problem"

"The staff at this hotel are top notch. They deserve all of the kudos. They truly made us feel like part of the family and also like we were VIPs. On to the room, GORGEOUS! So spacious and cool. Every suite has its own vibe and ours was on point. But let’s get to the star of the show, the bed. I have stayed at thousands of hotels in my life, but the bed in this hotel was like I was sleeping on a cloud. Nothing has topped this. Honestly. I did not want to leave it. Best nights sleep I have had in years. If you are looking for a convenient and elevated hotel experience in downtown Richmond, this is the place. Trust me"

"We just happened to stumble on this by chance. We were driving through town and needed a hotel for the evening. They were amazing to our dogs, they have water in the lobby for dogs! The staff was extremely helpful as we had a big moving truck and they went over and above to help. The place is absolutely stunning, the room was very large. The shower was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this place and I am extremely picky with hotels. I hope all of you enjoyed it as much as we did!"

"Clean room , friendly staff, no funny odors in any hallways , breakfast was great and started at 6am for the early departure. We will definetly be back to stay on our next trip ...very easy access to and from rte 95 both north and south.. would definitely recommend.."

"Super cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the decor and unique art. Overall, the room was clean, but some things were in disrepair (exhaust fan and light in bathroom). The food was good, but the kitchen and dining service was lackluster. It was our first time to Richmond, so we didn’t know what to expect, the neighborhood is a mixed bag."
