"We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty."

"Going in the Winter was nice, the property is beautifully set up with Lake Michigan sitting behind. The concierge, the Front Desk to even the other staff working there were very respectful, nice and always made sure to go one step above! My family especially loved the Tea and Cookies moment they offer, followed by the breakfast was amazing with their wide variety to choose from inside their Breakfast spot they have inside the Inn! We will for sure be back!"
