Location was great! Walking distance to everything. Property was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Very hard with flat, flimsy pillows.

Very clean but hard to sleep

Everything was fantastic about this place except for the ability to fall asleep because of noise which is purely due to the way the sleeping room was laid out and the volume of the people in the hallways. Also there is a light in the hallway that comes directly into the sleeping room. There isn’t a blackout curtain to keep the light out.

Would have been really good, except a skunk had taken up residence near our unit furnace. So through both nights, several people in our group actually were woken up by the bad smell. Understand mgmt couldn't do much about it quickly, but certainly made our stay rather restless and disturbed. Otherwise we thought it was a great value with amazing location with just enough amenities.

While the condo we stayed in met our basic needs and was adequately clean, the property overall is greatly in need of updating. The lobby is shabby and musty smelling from the indoor/outdoor pool being located there. While a very marginal continental breakfast is offered, it is not enjoyable to eat in the musty lobby area. Cooling system forces hot air from each condo into hallway making it stifling hot. Again, a need to update.

We had 2 suites and they were both very nice and were decorated with different themes. They have all of the amenities one would expect and the Jacuzzi tub is a nice bonus. The gold fixtures in one of the bathrooms make it a bit dated, but everything worked fine and was spotless. There is even a screened in porch with patio furniture. It was a little too cool out to take advantage of on this trip, but I can image it being very pleasant setting out there having coffee in the morning or watching all of the activity in the evening. Though it sets very close to the road, with the sliding door closed, we never even noticed the traffic noise. All of the shops, restaurants and pubs are within 2 blocks and the marina park is just across the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Inn with comforts of home, close to downtown.

We had a wonderful stay with friends. We were able to walk to shop, to the beach, to a nice restaurant to eat. Nice offer by Expedia, but be aware that the Inn charged me more than Expedia quoted.

Perfect central location to downtown

It's a bit older, 1980's renovation probably, but very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. We would go back again.

Short walk to shopping and dining

Did a night out for Valentine's Day eve. Walked to get dinner, drinks, and did some shopping. We like this place due to its proximity to the above activities and the fact it has a living area separate from the sleeping area. The fridge, microwave, and small bar sink are a nice feature. The only drawback is the road noise.

The condo was nice except the air conditioner in bedroom window was so loud we had to turn off. As a result sleep difficult, as it was hot. Also, we did not get the deluxe condo stated on our paid confirmation. It appeared we were given the standard condo instead. Overall it was a good place to stay for the money and location, but there's no way I'd accept that condo 108 unless new bedroom air conditioner.

Horrible Hotel

Our Room had a horrible odor to it. Bugs everywhere. The air conditioning unit hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long, the dust was flying out of it. My husband and I couldn't sleep all night we did get bite by whatever bugs. I at check out made the front desk clerk call the manager who wasn't there yet at 8am. He wanted to know what kind of bugs, REALLY! Whoever gives this place good reviews must be friends of the owner. Because this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Hotel reeks of Chlorine and mildew.

The room was old, dark and dingy. I dreaded spending time there. There was no breakfast food on weekdays and the coffe promised in the morning was unavailable until 10:00 because that area was locked to visitors until the desk person showed up at 10:00...normal policy!
