Lovely pub with great food. Rooms were large and comfortable. Great value for money

A lovely room in a very cosy, friendly pub. There was some road noise due to the location, but this dies down after dark. The facilities and food were excellent.

Lovely old inn with excellent bistro. Room and bathroom were much larger than usual rooms with both separate bath and shower. Everything was delightful.

Fantastic hotel never disappoints the staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent ! We will be back… we were stuck in traffic so ringing ahead, we were able to order food and they kept it warm. My partner, tired from a week in hell at work knocked her wine over..another appeared as if by magic. I had to make an important call … they, without being asked turned music down.wow. The staff are amazing, as are the rooms, bed, bathroom and food..we will be back ! Many thanks guys.

I stay here regularly for work, alway very good. Staff are incredibly nice and work hard to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are always clean characterful and comfortable. food is great. Would highly recommend.

Friendliness of all the team. Beautifully decorated room with quality beds and bathroom. Had Lunch when we arrived which was delicious with fresh vegetables and very reasonable price. Perfect location in the middle of Marlborough. Price for stay, which included lovely full English breakfast, very good value. A quintessential English hotel beautifully maintained.

Really nice hotel rooms with great meals available in the pub/restaurant . I would definitely return

We stayed at the Chapter House for two nights (Friday and Saturday) as a base to visit Salisbury and the surrounding area and attend the Darkness into Light Advent Service at the cathedral on Saturday evening. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the town and just a few minutes' walk from the cathedral. The staff were wonderful; friendly and attentive and happy to chat.

Excellent stay

Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were absolutely delicious. There was some games we could borrow which we enjoyed playing in the bar, only small disadvantage is the bar closed at 10:30. Room was very clean, stocked with tea and coffee and the extra pillows in the wardrobe was a nice addition. Overall, we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay.

Great pub with fab food. Lovely accommodation block with nice size rooms and facilities. Only down side for us would be beds are very hard, otherwise enjoyed our stay.

A lovely stay at the Pembroke Arms. There was plenty of free parking to the rear of the Inn. Reception was efficient and friendly. Our room - two double beds so for four people - was large and comfortable with lovely touches like TeaPig teas and ground coffee. The room itself was quite cold but reception turned the heating up for us and it was a really cold day so no complaints. We ate in the hotel that evening - a really nice restaurant and delicious (massive) pies. Breakfast was one of the...

refreshingly different menu. breakfast was fine, but not a fan of soda bread

In the town centre, plenty of pubs and restaurants. Lovely place to say, nice breakfasts and nice friendly staff

Lovely stay, lovely food, shame the cellar chiller was a bit noisy

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly.
