"Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Towels were available at pool area and gym room. Which is a big plus. Just that the pool and hot tub were freezing cold. Other than that great customer service and overall clean."

"I booked this hotel last minute because my and I needed somewhere to shower and sleep for the night. Traveling in to see family. However, the first room we had the key didn’t work. Went to get another key and that room shower wasn’t cleaned properly and the room had a smell to it (not a clean one). Went back down to ask for a room change. Tried at least 4 other rooms after that. All room smelled and tubes were not cleaned properly. We still decided to stay for showers, I asked for cleaning supplies to clean it myself. Then I realized the hot water was working properly. I asked for a refund because we did not stay. The front desk lady was nice the whole time. But she was not able to refund me at the moment she needed a manager which did not answer her phone. I followed up with a phone to the manager and she proceeded to tell me, it’s up to the owner to refund and they will follow up with me and I still haven’t heard anything. Terrible service! I booked on a Saturday and it Tuesday. Still not reply or refund "

"We did not end up staying here. Check in was easy. When we went to our room, it was in shambles. It had not been cleaned and there was trash and bedding on the floor. When we went back to the front desk to ask for another room, we were told there weren’t any more. The parking lot was empty. We went across the street and stayed there."
