Unfortunately, during my time at the hotel, I experienced an issue with ants in my room. I contacted the front desk and requested maintenance support, but no service was rendered during the remainder of my stay.
Upon check-out, I spoke with Herrianne, who kindly recommended that I follow up with Guest Services directly. I have attached video documentation showing the issue in the room. She gave me the email to contact and I haven’t been in contact with guest service with no replies.
