Very satisfied

It was very nice and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and griendly! I was able to keep my car parked there till i fly back from my trip, altho there is a fee. What i really liked is that they have 24/7 shuttle to the airport! I will definetly stay there again!

Good basic hotel and good value at the usual rate. Lowest in the area. Friendly staff but short on towels. Pet friendly. Lack of fridge or microwave was an issue. Long walk to any food or shopping if needed.

Wow. The property management team for this hotel should be ashamed. It was absolutely disgusting. Nearly none of the listen amenities were available (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, restaurant, the list goes on). Filthy bathroom, floor, sheets, walls. Huge patches of mould in the shower. Smelled like weed, cigarettes, and pet urine. The staff was nice and helpful though. Airport shuttle was on time. I did not turn the lights off.

Overnight stay for early departure at the airport. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, mold on the ceiling above window and black duct tape patching up bathroom door. Shuttle was very timely and staff were friendly enough.

Check in service was great but the room was filthy

Check in service was great but the room was very dirty. I asked for a refund and went to stay somewhere else. Bathroom was so dirty with fevers on the toilet, dirt behind the toilet and on the shower walls, sink does not fit well, dirty sheets and shower curtain.

Very run down, bathrooms not clean, sheets stained and bed cover had a big red "stain" on it. The mini-fridge was ripped out, and the cabinet door held shut with a piece of folded cardboard. The front desk auditor at night was very helpful, very friendly, and the dayshift clerk was also very nice - no complaints about the staff, but the condition of the motel is simply awful. It's the kind of place you need to take a shower after showering there. Super cheap, for a good reason. It's the room you rent out of desperation. Honestly, the $90/night I paid for it was too much. I ended up spending the second night elsewhere because I was so skeeved out by the room. But the front desk guys were super nice and friendly. I actually felt bad for them - they have a very uncomfortable looking wooden stool to sit on.

Was not provided with refrigerator at check-in. Room floor was filthy. Bath towels were stained. Thankfully the clerk on 2nd day was polite and professional. She provided refrigerator, fresh bath towels and a microwave. I understand that it is a budget class of lodging and that I paid for the convenient location. But, I have stayed in nicer cleaner "by the hour" motels.

The staff were helpful and the airport shuttle was convenient. However, the room was pretty rough. My door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, the bathroom faucet would not turn off unless you messed around with it for a minute or two, and the floor was sticky. We knew when we booked it, it was not going to be anything fancy, we were just looking to get a few hours sleep before an early flight. However, it was even a little rough for me. I know there are some other options in the area, and will be looking for those in the future.

Poor Bed Mechanics great service

Although the room was outdated and there was no fridge or microwave I still was comfortable with my choice and decided to stay. Around 6 am I got up to use the bathroom and the entire bed collapsed on me! Literally one leg off the bed and scooted forwarded to place my other foot on the floor and the bed plummeted to the floor. Other than than that the customer service and privacy was great.

This property was not easy to find the check-in window and it is definitely the type of hotel people stay at long-term. The bed was in a complete u-shape because the middle was sagging so much. There were stains on the walls and the air conditioner was held up with wooden blocks on the inside and leaking so badly on the outside they had moldy towels absorbing the runoff. I took pictures and video because it was so shocking. I hope to email the corporyoffoce this week. The staff however may check in really easy and did help me carry my bags up to the second floor which is stairs only

Don’t take your shoes off

I suppose the first hint was standing in the driveway and checking in through a plexiglas window. Then there was the guy hanging out in the parking lot constantly on a couple cell phones and not much to do. The room furniture was tired, the mattresses more so, the door safety lock loose, the beverage bottle in the corner from someone else, and the bedside table greasy. Well, we didn’t have bedbugs (you better believe we checked) or other critters, and yes, it was among the cheaper options, but still: for over $100 a night, I was hoping not to feel gross. We slept in our clothes.
