"We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds.
