Room was good just one of the staff lady was rude to me and my family her name was jennifer she was at night shift she didint even tell me the floor my room was at and she was very rude to a guy that was first there than me too if this hotel didint have that kind of people working there it would ive been a good stay.

While the staff was excellent and the room was clean, our stay was unfortunately defined by major inconveniences. The bathroom tub was severely clogged, making showers difficult, and the elevator was broken, which made accessing our third-floor room at the far end of the building an exhausting process."

We arrived at our hotel, very disappointed. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures shown. There were people smoking weed and cigarettes everywhere, which was very displeasing. My husband and I could not stay there. Not a well experience for us.

As soon as you walk in the smell is amazing! The staff great you. It’s beautiful interior. Going to your room the outdoor area is gorgeous. The room was nice. We loved having a living area separate from the bedroom. Bed was comfortable. The transportation was great! We had two different drivers for each ride to and from airport and both were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and again!

We were in room 432. The air conditioners were so noisy. We couldn't open the windows to let the air in. We would have loved to do that as thunderstorms were in the area and the fresh air would have been welcomed
