The only issue i had was a consistent clicking noise that was in the room all night. Not sure where it was coming from, maybe HVAC but it made it hard to sleep.

Overall, our stay was fine. We had booked a two bed room and were upgraded to a suite. We had our child with us and I wouldn’t exactly say the suite was family friendly. Water pressure in our room was also lacking.

The hotel is conveniently located to Roosevelt row area with many restaurants, public transportation and a short ride to the airport. The rooms are decorated in industrial style and it looks cool in the photos. That’s where it ends. The steel structures are rusted and hard to clean, dust under the beds and on every surface. The bathrooms are opened into the room ( be design) and therefore are not sound and order proof. The mattress was very comfortable and the view from the 7 th floor was nice. There is street parking so you don’t have to park in the parking lot and pay $35/ day. When we asked the hotel staff if street parking is safer, the answer was it’s the same. Anyone can walk into the hotel’s parking lot. Lastly, they give a $15 credit towards the restaurant. The coffee is superb. Breakfast options are limited and they often run out of stuff

I just returned from my first trip to Scottsdale/Phoenix and had the pleasure of staying one night at FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel. I only wish I had booked more time there because the experience was fantastic from start to finish. From check-in to the service at the MATCH Market & Bar, everything was seamless. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The location is also excellent and made it easy to enjoy the area. The room itself was amazing—very clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of character. I loved the artsy, creative vibe of the hotel. The layout was fun and modern, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the shower was one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The pool area was also great and added to the overall relaxed yet vibrant feel of the property. As a solo traveler, I also want to mention that I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay, which is always important when traveling alone. Overall, one night definitely wasn’t enough in Phoenix, but FOUND:RE made a wonderful impression. I would absolutely stay here again on a future trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, unique hotel experience in Phoenix.

The hotel was great! Great location to walk around downtown Phoenix. The pool was basic but worked. 95% of the staff were great, especially the bar staff. There was one staff member that made a derogatory comment to my friends. They were taken aback & didn’t tell me until afterwards so I was unable to address it while on property. Other than this incident, I would stay here again.

A strange hotel. First, one is greeted by an enormous mural of a naked, leering Burt Reynolds a la his 1970's Cosmo centerfold. Hello?! It's the first thing one sees entering a dark, shadowy lobby. Perhaps amusing to a small sliver of the market but not a welcoming image for a hotel that wants single women to feel safe. Thank heaven for a kind, rumpled older woman at the desk. The design, while interesting, tries too hard. Figuring out all the "RE" signage becomes annoying. Room was thankfully comfortable and clean, yet in need of maintenance - AC grate full of dust, black grout (or mold) in sink, balcony lock bent, towels with holes. Room service is quick yet extremely limited. And seriously, a 25 year old waiter does not call a 70 year old woman "my love". It's not possible to message or call to report late arrivals or delayed flights which is unacceptable and anxiety producing when told check out ends at midnight. What hotel does this? I'm an artist, well traveled, and hardly demanding. But this is a sad hotel that needs redirection and common sense updates.

I tried leaving 1.5 stars but rounded up to 2. I chose to stay here due to reviews found online of how clean it was. Ironically, I did not find our room to be clean. The shower head was dirty. The shower was gross. The sink had mold in it. Otherwise, the room was comfy and the location was great. Parking price was a bit excessive especially after the cost of the hotel itself. The staff at the bar were super kind and friendly! Although the few people I interacted with at the front desk….not so much. The lady did not seem to care when I made her aware of the black mold. She said she would send someone up to look before we went to dinner. After dinner, it was still there. So even the people in the artwork could notice the frustration in my eyes. She said they were busy so I asked for a different room and all the sudden someone was able to go check it out. Waited for about 30-40 minutes in lobby before she sent someone. The man that checked us out had no personality either. Overall, I would love to come back but would like them to acknowledge this and do better. People pay for a clean space.

Eclectic style, great design, spacious room, fun little shop with a nice bar & market/restaurant. Staff were very polite and helpful. Will stay again!

Would have been an excellent but the restaurant closing 20 minutes early was very disappointing. I would definitely stay again if in Phoenix.

Upon arrival, the vibes were a little off, starting with the valet/host. He didn’t acknowledge us or help with luggage. Weird but whatever. I was able to check in and offered $15 voucher at the bar or restaurant. Me friend and I visited the bar and the total was billed to the room. I never received the voucher. I calls after my trip and was advised to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager. My thoughts were why would I need to track down a voucher that was offered to me. So I didn’t. The rooms were mid. No doors on the shower but I guess that’s the industrial feel of the hotel. There were robes and slippers available that added a luxury feel. We enjoyed the downtown feel and atmosphere. Overall a decent stay just small inconveniences. I wouldn’t stay here again.

“The restaurant and bar were very good with friendly staff — definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was below average at best. I was really surprised that they don’t provide toothpaste for guests (not even a small tube in the room or at the front desk). I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t offer this basic amenity. The room layout also felt very strange and impractical. Overall, disappointing experience — they need to do a lot better on the core hotel basics.”

there were two people at the desk when my party of three arrived, but only one computer was working. the person at the computer walked away and told the other person to check us in. the other person was on their phone and didn't seem to hear so we waited for them to notice that we were waiting to be checked in.
