"Property is clean and in a great location. The front desk is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The room was clean and the sheets feel so soft and amazing. My only issue was with the spa, the girls were not friendly much and didn’t care to go out of their way to make you feel special . Often they were all gathered up front having small talk and laughing vs taking care of the spa guests and the spa is not cheap. My massage was good but not much spa amenities so I probably...

"We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends"

"Beds were super uncomfortable but the room was clean and the ac worked great.
The staff for the hotel was great but had a poor experience trying to dine for food. Was left sitting there for 45 mins to even order and with no near by food options I was stuck waiting. Even then it took forever to even get water and my food to go upstairs at this point since it been awhile and had to wait for him again to even charge my card.
Breakfast was not included so we found ourself walking to Burger King...

"We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the dance competition we were attending. The breakfast was great. It wasn't too expensive and had both sweet and savory options. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was also very clean. Parking was easy and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again."

"Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!"

"The executive suite was okay. It had quite a bit of room, but definitely wasn't maintained like it should be. The couch pull out bed was horrible. It was concave and awful to sleep on. The shower had bottles of shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall but the conditioner was upside down and wouldn't come out. It was funny but also annoying.
The AC was amazing! The pool was fun! The windows looking at the pool from the hall were cool. The breakfast was great! The complimentary water bottles...

Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate"
