"I just stayed one night. Checked in at 8:30pm and there was apparently only 1 person working the desk. He was called to a room to deal with an issue and 3 people were waiting to check in. I waited 10 minutes without knowing what was going on. The hotel should really not leave just one person to deal with the entire property. It seems unsafe and risks clients having frustrating experiences. other than that, everything was just as I expected."

"Trisha the Manager was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the floors were clean! I've stayed in many hotels where the laminate flooring never feels clean. It was clean! Rooms were spacious and the grounds of the hotel were clean and pride has been shown to keep it looking that way. The breakfast could have used stronger coffee. Ha! We will stay here again!"

"After paying for the room and going through the online check in at 1:00 AM in the morning…with 6 children ages ranging from 2-11 I was informed the room was not available and Expedia should not have rented it to begin with because the complex is under repair. We got home and found a $65 charge that we had no idea what it was. We called and were told that it was a bar bill. We never camr near the bar. After they investigated it was obviously not even our room. Good thing we caught it."
