The room was not very clean. Holes in sheets and bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be. Online check in was great. Codes for room door. No need to check in or out at front desk. The inside of the hotel needed some tlc.

The check in was confusing, they send a txt msg with a link. I have my phone set to filter unknown senders and didnt get the msg ahead of time. Once there, there is no one in the lobby nor instructions on what to do. I had ask a person walking by. Once I called their customer service they resent the link and I registered, which takes 3min to process. The registration process seems to purposely try to trick the user into clicking on a small non refundable damage charge by having it in big bold outline, and only putting large refundable deposit in small letters below. which are covered by the "accept cookies" screen. Once in the room there was a odd smell in it, the sofa bed was somewhat stuck and wouldnt close without extra help forcing it in. There was no extra sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. There is only once trash can in the room, it was a small one in the bathroom. The closet hardware was held together by painters tape. Finally, the upstairs inhabitant could be clearly heard as they dropping things and ran around all night. Finally the bed and sofa bed had small stains on it. For a one night stay it was decent but I wouldnt return again.

***WARNING*** Photos online are deceiving. Not as advertised. Photos are from multiple years ago. The hotel is run down. Rooms are full of cockroaches. When we checked in there was old popcorn all over the floor and someone's old hard candy open and stuck to the floor. all the furniture is stained. multiple dead bugs in room as well as cockroaches climbing around. Could not have been further away from what was described. I wouldn't feel save staying here with only adults let alone a family.

This place was absolutely terrible! There was a lady at the desk who was unfriendly, the room was not very clean. I pulled back the sheets and found a used straw in my bed. The shower curtain did not close at all and water went everywhere. Walking around in my socks, the socks were black like the floors have never been cleaned. The area outside and inside the building was extremely loud. You can hear everything from conversations, kids running in rooms to the traffic outside. Do yourself a favor and avoid your place!

I had no concerns other than there were roaches. The room was nice, it was quiet, furniture comfortable. Oh, one other thing , the bathroom door was so close to the toilet you had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom.

The online photos are a lie!! The place is ghetto! Bed is from 2016, no dishes, not made for 5 people, mold in the bathroom, door paint is coming off, lamps broken, a dead rat in the elevator light, no manager, sofa is filthy! Burn holes in the blankets, cupboard burnt, no coffee pot, 2 plates, 2 cups, dumpster outside was over full

When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and I hadn’t received my room number or code so I had to make a phone call to get it. I checked in later at night and left early in the morning and there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking, walking dogs, etc. just didn’t feel safe. Also saw roaches in my kitchen

No one at front desk, check in was a nightmare. The room I paid for wasn’t available so I ended up leaving and getting a refund. Room was nice but beds were not comfy and blanket were scratchy. The lobby had nice things but the overall feel of the hotel is old and dirty

First off its not a hotel as Expedia would have it. Secondly, the room suggests its 2 king bed accommodation while there were 2 doubles. And then there are a series of the quality of stay. Starting with the check-in process where no one was available at the front desk, broken chair, broken sink, non working kitchen appliances, and a series of other things. I don’t know what qualifies this place for a 3.5 star rating, I would suggest stay away from this place and recommend expedia to strengthen their screening process before they advertise a place as such a star rating.

The room was not spotless. We opened the cupboard only for a gallon of empty Bacardi plastic bottle to fall out. Guess they forgot to clean that area so dishes were skeptic to use

Great Value - spacious - clean - nice evening staff. Not much walkable for drinks/water/coffee and such so bring it to the well equipped kitchenette. bed is a little small, but cozy, and perhaps that can be fun or two. ;)

I would not recommend staying here. The moment I opened the door, I noticed roaches and even bedbugs. The room did not appear clean, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place did not meet basic standards.
