"This hotel has a wonderful location with beautiful river views, and it is very convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is historic and full of character, with a charming old-world atmosphere that gives the hotel a unique sense of history. I also really appreciated the thoughtful personal touch in the room. When I arrived, the TV screen displayed a personalized welcome message with my name on it, which made me feel very welcomed and added a warm, special touch to the stay. The room was a little smaller than I expected. One slightly awkward thing was the view from our window—it faced directly toward Trump Tower, with the huge “TRUMP” letters prominently visible right across from us. It was a little distracting and not exactly the view I had imagined. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The excellent location, beautiful river views, historic architecture, and thoughtful details made it a memorable experience."

"This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Chicago. Highly recommended. I got an upgrade for a huge room apartment style with river and downtown view. Room was quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions within walking distance. And public transportation is nearby. I did not need a rental or a taxi."

"Very nice hotel. We had a King size bed overlooking Buckingham fountain. Booking a park view room is highly recommended. The shower/bathroom is on the smaller end, however, knowing the history of the hotel, it comes at no surprise. The hotel itself has so much history and has quite a few famous guests throughout it's time. We are already planning our next trip back to Chicago and will likely stay here again! Highly recommend staying here!"
