Very good location. Room was very nice and quiet though, but the chamber service fell short not replenishing coffee station and not taking away dirty glassware. F/16 Diner (polite, but very poor service and food was not to standard for the price) and Lobby Bar (lack of atmosphere and food options) were exceptionally underwhelming for the profile of the hotel and price paid.

Brand new, beautiful setup. The fitout and design of the hotel is top class. The Kauboy restaurant is exceptional… we ended up eating there every night. We had a room on the side opposite the bars and never heard any outside noise. The rooftop pool is also incredible. We would come back to Phoenix just to stay here!

Noise is off the charts

Beautiful hotel, brand new. Friendly and helpful staff. All the reviews that talk about the noise from the Club Casa Amigo directly across the street are spot on. We thought we would give it a try but everyone was right, the noise is ridiculous. If you stay Monday-Wednesday you will be fine, Thursday-Sunday forget about it. Marriott should be ashamed to have selected this site for a hotel, it's ridiculous. The music pounds all the way to 2am non stop. Do not spend your money here, it's a waste.

We found the property to be high quality throughout. Close to all of the events and happenings in Scottsdale and vicinity. Restaurants were worth the visits. Noise was only an issue on one of our evenings. That came from a pool party at an adjoining hotel/venue. The bedroom was well appointed however the sofa felt to big for the room and blocked access to the drapes. The water pressure in the shower was on the light side and no way to adjust it. While the toilet was in a separate room, it had not noise insulation, decor, night light and the light was very bright if you need to access it during the night. The view was suppose to be of the city and at one time there probably was. Now it is only of a parking structure or other buildings.

Unfortunately we wanted a pool to swim laps in. This pool had a beautiful setting but was only 3'6" deep. A wading pool for adults. The couch, table, and overhead hanging light are a bit tight. Location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, and the Fashion Center.

Very nice and clean hotel but the noise level at night was totally over the top. I read reviews prior to booking saying it was loud but I thought it would be fine because I'm not a finicky person. I totally should have listened! The ear plugs provided by the hotel were of little help. Im sorry to say that I regret booking here at this price point.
