"It is under construction, noisy, dirty, the construction on the roof blows into the courtyard and pool. The pool was so incredibly dirty it was murky. I could not go in the pool for the filthy water and a dozen or more middle school children jumping horse playing splashing, while their adult chaperones smoked, drank beer and wine (in glass bottles) at the pool. Had food and alcohol from outside the facility and provided no supervision to the rambunctious young men in their care?? We were told the restaurant opened at 3:00 pm we went at 6:00 for dinner. There was one person serving, she was behind the bar with two customers. We were a party of 8. After 20 minutes we went to the bar to ask for service, she said she would be right there. After another 10-15 minutes we left. Super terrible experience all around, will never return, will make sure I never recommend. "

"When we got in our room the smell was really bad, and I do not have a very good sense of smell and it was strong to me. It may have been mold. My son also sat on the couch and had black marks on his shorts so I took a towel to the couch and the towel was filthy from whatever was on it. After a couple of hours my nose and throat started getting scratchy from whatever the smell was so I told the front desk we can't stay in the room. She said they didn't have any more rooms so I could checkout if needed but since I went through Hotels.com they couldn't cancel my reservation. I called and Hotels.com tried to contact them and they wouldn't answer. I went back to the desk and everything was closed at 8:15 PM which seemed very strange. I got a new number to call and they told me I could leave but it was up to the manager on whether I would get a refund or not. I did leave because I determined it wasn't healthy for my son or myself to sit in the room with whatever that smell was and I am still awaiting that decision. The hotel itself is absolutely nothing like the pictures. I have stayed in some rough places in my day and this one is right up there. If you are a solo male looking for a place to sleep for the night you would be fine, however I would not bring kids or stay any longer. There is a kitchen however our room had no utensils at all but did come with a couple of plates and cups. "

"They have downgraded the breakfast. Room was in disrepair. I think they were going through some changes. Have stayed there before and it was great, this last time not so much."

"Do not go here! It is NOT a resort but a construction mess! Took out a pool and put fake grass down. Not inviting or pleasant stay. Front desk staff not welcoming coming or leaving. Bed was good is the only positive thing I can say. For $449 a night there are so many other good choices. Extremely disappointed. Stay away!!!"

"Located in crapvulle of Pheonix, maps directed me to a locked gate with all kindsbof people roaming around and tgis was at 3 in the morning. Traveling with grandaon and we kept driving. Would not want to park my truck any where around there for was afraid of break i. And would not be able to sleep, let alone wanting to expose my grandson to this. Clean up your property, pictures on lune looked great but not true representative of reality. Si disappointed."

"Stood in 105 degree temps for 30 min to check in. You walk up to a window as they are not using the lobby. I reserved queen beds. Got a king size bed, no dresser, no place to hang clothes, no chairs for table, no microwave and woke up to a bug crawling on the night stand. Not to mention the large amount of homeless people. "
