"There are two sides of this hotel. We were on the old side. I would ask when booking what side you’re in. Our bed was very comfortable and typical to most European hotels the room was not very large. The location is perfect!! Seems out of the way and quiet when you get there but you’re literally a very, very short walk to everything. Trolley stops are very close and a five minute walk to Rathausplatz. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was spotless, the breakfast was brilliant and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was brilliant. 5 mins from the underground, 10 mins from the main Christmas market and about 20 mins to walk into the central shopping area. There are lots of restaurant nearby to choose from too. "

The room (Art Deluxe) was quirky as expected, beautifully designed and appointed. The toilet was seperate from the main bathroom which was ideal.
