"We loved our stay here. Location was good and we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Room was perfect and we had a lovely view of the church. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable so were able to answer all our questions about Rome and gave some excellent advice and recommendations on how to make the most of our 3 day trip. "

"The room was very clean and in a great area especially if you are using the train. It is a short walk from many tourist destinations including the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. The staff is not always at the location but they are very reachable. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome soon!"

"Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was het ontbijt op het terras heerlijk, met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Vooral op het terras waar het ontbijt werd geserveerd was het personeel erg aardig. De kamer werd elke dag netjes schoongemaakt. Het hotel lag bovendien heel dicht bij het station en veel bekende en historische bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand. Het hotel zelf was ook erg mooi en had een antieke uitstraling."

"Nice Guest House close to Termini (central station) Extremely close to Roma Termini. Very convenient when arriving by train from other parts of Italy 🇮🇹 or travelling to the airport. Area is similar to areas close to central station in any big city. It is convenient to go to other parts of Rome by metro or walking. Possible to walk to city centre in 20-30 minutes. Also very close to Cathedral where Pope Frances is buried. If you go early in the morning there’s no queue. Owner is friendly...

"Decent location for walking the City, Metro and eateries. We had stayed in this hotel in 2018 just after it was refurbished and the amenities were good. It felt as though nothing has been done to preserve this standard as the hotel looked tired. Our room had many issues. The foremost was the smell from the drains in a very narrow and poorly laid out bathroom. The sink was obviously a recent and poorly fitted replacement and the shower was tiny. There is no bar or restaurant and the baggage store...

"The property currently has neighbouring construction works and we was told they start at 8am… However the works started from 6am, with consistent loud banging. The bathroom has no ventilation and smells highly of damp and mould. The AC is centralised so you cannot change it in the room which meant we had the window open majority of the time to get rid of damp odours which makes the room freezing. The front reception were helpful during the stay however I would not recommend booking at Prassede...
