"L’hôtel était très propre, que ce soit la salle de bain ou les lits. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable. Ils n’ont pas de petit déjeuner mais c’est indiquer lors de la réservation et ils mettent à disposition gratuitement café, thé, gâteaux, jus etc. Le seul bémol pourrait être l’insonorisation des chambres mais ça ne dérange pas plus que ça. Merci à eux pour ce séjour !"

"Fantastic hotel in a great location, quiet near the colosseum, room was comfortable and clean with large bathroom and breakfast was great on the roof terrace with great views. Only negative was the over priced drinks for the evening in the hotel bars even with the great views so tended to go elsewhere."

"The host was very communicative the day of our arrival which made finding the hotel and checking in straightforward. Our room was ready early which made our day that much easier! The room was very clean and the setup was perfect for our family of three, with the most comfortable bedding, pillows and shower we had our entire trip. We would certainly stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Doria Palace! The room was decently sized and very clean! The hotel itself is very small, but the staff was great and super helpful! The only note is there are a couple of stairs you must climb with luggage before you reach the elevator. Once do you reach the elevator, it only fits one person at a time, so just something to keep in mind."

"Nice Guest House close to Termini (central station) Extremely close to Roma Termini. Very convenient when arriving by train from other parts of Italy 🇮🇹 or travelling to the airport. Area is similar to areas close to central station in any big city. It is convenient to go to other parts of Rome by metro or walking. Possible to walk to city centre in 20-30 minutes. "Great little hotel near the main train station. The staff are amazing, can't help enough both on the front desk and in the breakfast room. This is not a luxury property, but perfectly functional with decent sized room and bathroom, comfortable beds, fridge, air conditioning unit and access to tea and coffee facilities in the hallway throughout the day. "I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....
