"Booked same day last minute only hours before arrival in Rome. The only missing part was the floor number : 2. Others in the building helped me find my way and incredibly hospitable locals in the building itself. Check in was super easy, checked in 2 hours early without issue. Room was spotless, bed was great. Grocery, souvenir shops and Clothing/shoes (Italian) store very close. Room was exactly what is needed; clean and organized.the tv was very large.
