We stayed here for one night on our way from Lake Michigan to Lake Superior. The hotel was up to the usual HIE standard with comfortable rooms and a good buffet breakfast.

No complaints. Friendly welcome, clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower - just what you would expect. Good restaurant 100 yards away. Good stopover place around 10 minutes drive from downtown.

This was a great hotel on Lake Huron with its own little sandy beach. The room was very spacious and the bed huge and very comfy. The included breakfast was good and the location was really convenient for taking the ferry to Mackinac Island. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place. Clean. Ok breakfast. Seating outside room. It rained during the night and in the morning the staff were putting towels on all the motorbikes to dry the seats. Good location to go to Canada

Perhaps it is a sign of the times but we never encountered any staff. No one at the desk for check in or check out. The breakfast was obviously set out by someone but it was not worth staying for anyway. The room was great and had the breakfast been worthy, I would have given them an excellent rating.
