"If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then I was able to access the property but there is nothing in the village by way of bars or restaurants. I had to go onto the next town to find something to eat. "El dueño ni siquiera dió las caras, simplemente no atendió al teléfono ni a los mensajes pero como es un pueblo pequeño el camarero nos enseñó la empleada que limpia el sitio que estava por la calle, nosotros la abordamos y llamó al jefe, que nos dijo que havía cancelado y que habláramos con el gestor de internet con el cual hicimos la reserva.
Enfin, tuvimos que ir a otra ciudad y no recibimos el reembolso hasta hoy.
El dueño es un mal educado."

Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here.

We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk...

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel has great lounge space. Also interesting mural of all the famous people who have stayed there. The room had tea and coffee making facility in the room and two fresh bottles of water were supplied every day. The room was spacious with a great view over the mountains. All the sights were within easy walking distance including the amazing aqua duct. We also visited the cathedral, castle and the royal mint that has now been...

The staff are friendly and very helpful.
I found the laundry useful, as it meant I didn't need to pack extra clothes for a fortnight's holiday.
Despite being so close to active building sites and the Madring race circuit, it was amazingly quiet inside and the mountain view from the balcony very restful.
With a supermaket only 10 minutes walk away, I was able to eat and drink healthily.
If I visit Madrid again, Bext Valdebebas will be my first choice.
(I shouldn't have said all that, should I!...
