"Good hotel with a good service at the heart of the city strategically located with private parking. The pool is very small but it wasn’t busy either. Buffet breakfast was nice overall you get what you are paying. I won’t hesitate to go back to stay while in Chiclayo. "

"Clean room, window above dirt let light in off & on as people returned, kept waking us up, halls were very noisy with people in the late evening, and drilling and construction during the evening. The fan was not enough with no outside windows to get cooler air, so it was extremely hot to sleep. Staff were lovely, restaurant was very good, they got us a taxi to airport at a good price. Pedi que me cambiaran de habitacion para poder ver tv y descansar y me dijeron que un tecnico ya subia a solucionarlo ya que no habian mas habitaciones, que era algo de programacion. "Staff were very friendly. However I don’t understand why the room had a window onto the corridor which shone light into my room the whole night. Why not just put up curtains? (The window also didn’t shut completely so it was harder to block out the noise). Ear plugs and eye mask are a must if you want to be able to sleep here."
