"These are the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been too many hotels. The staff is always smiling always kind always nice the laundry. Next store is fabulous. The staff there is wonderful. I can’t say much about air-conditioning because I’m always cold so I must say the heater works very well. The only thing missing is maybe a microwave but there is one downstairs. I’ve stayed here every weekend for the last two months and love it."

"Breakfast was great delicious as always room clean spacious the cleaning staff was on point came clean room change sheets garbage as suppose no noise quiet love it water runs well shower is awesome love the massage shower head makes me don’t wanna come out"

"A lot of construction/remodel taking place during our stay. Both exterior and interior. Also, the penthouse elevators are very slow. Faster to get from Lobby to 26 than 26 to 31. Staff was responsive and lounge for breakfast/happy hour is an excellent space and very well attended. Staff was very responsive."
