"This hotel could not have been better! Our overall NYC vacation was truly enhanced by our experience at the Park Central. The location is fantastic, being so close to both Central Park and Times Square. Access to multiple subway stations was a plus as well. The cleanliness was so positively noticeable that even my tween daughters continued to comment all week about how clean the hotel looked and smelled. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, always ensuring our room looked great each day, even when we left the room cluttered and extra messy. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond, even lining my daughters' stuffed animals up on their pillows after making the bed each day, which was such a nice touch that goes beyond expectations. The bellhop staff was wonderful as well, taking great care to ensure our voluminous amount of belongings were loaded and unloaded delicately and gently. My daughters both stated that they are so thankful that I had selected this place as our home base for the week; I was not expecting the hotel to be one of their favorite parts of the trip. The experience we had staying at the Park Central was absolutely fantastic, and we can not recommend this enough for families and solo travelers alike!"

"From the Chen in to the time we left it was great experience. They gave us a free upgrade to the 45th floor with great views. Anyone was always friendly. We asked for a late check out at 3-330 and they were very accommodating. Will be definitely staying here again"
