"My room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bathroom wa solid granite and had a hair dryer and many clean towels and facecloths. The bed was very comfortable and had blankets. Excellent T.V. too. I also had a complete kitchen with a fridge, freezer, plates, cups, cutlery and pots and pans. "Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB."

"Didnt include breakfast however the white spot is on site sonyouncan enjoybreakfast there... if you are looking for a quiet stay think again unless you enjoy the non stop traffic noise since you are right off the highway, even ear plugs dont help. "I made the reservation late and arrived at 9:40pm. The manager helped me to check in immediately and was very pleasant, I was very surprised to open the door to such a beautifully renovated room. The mattress was comfortable and a great sleep was a bonus, waking to a nice view and best breakfast experience that I've ever had. "

"Room was perfect for our needs, nice and quiet, and super blackout curtains! The only suggestion is the rooms need better wall plugs or heavier duty power bars. It was hard to find an outlet to plug in the kettle or cell phone. The supplied charger unit doesn’t fit all phones🙂 We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks"
