"It's so easy to be critical on these reviews, but quite frankly I could not fault this place, everyone was super nice and helpful, any problem was dealt with very promptly. A well run efficient hotel. It's extremely clean, a sweet pleasant floral scent throughout the hotel was noticable. And the rooms are worthy of a 5*+. "As you enter the lobby of the hotel, the first thing you notice is the elegance and gorgeous scent ! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, modern and clean. My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold so I had to keep the curtains closed when the sun was streaming in the windows. A bit too warm for me at night, and this was in mid-November!"
