"I will reiterate the fact that there’s cracked tile in the elevator and it’s been there for a while. You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it.
