"The online check in was interesting, I received the email 2hrs before I had said I was going to check in. As I was using the train to get there I was already on my way. "Our second stay here and would return again. Great location on the seafront with car parking available, rooms small but absolutely suited our needs and very clean. Hosts are lovely and friendly and could not have been more welcoming, breakfast superb. "We have just returned from a long weekend staying with Phil and Jo. We are giving them 10/10. The room was big, comfortable,immaculate and warm. "What a brilliant find. An old manor house with 5 or 6 rooms & lovely outdoor space. Perfect for a stay in Preston or a stopover down the M6. Rooms are comfy, en suite had no door but was fine (there was a shared bathroom next door so no biggie). Lovely communal breakfast in the morning & you could help yourself all day if you wanted. Felt at home & nice to have so much space. Owner got in touch with all necessary info on arrival day too. Totally recommend, enjoyed our stay."
