"I was assigned to a smoking room. The smell was very bad. The carpeting was in dire need of repair, and the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The fitness center was in similar condition. Don’t stay here."

"The room was clean and had usual amenities. Shower was great. The location was central to downtown. We had a room for pets and it was a little shabby; but maybe that was due to hosting pets. The breakfast was hearty."

"This business turned myself and my partner away - explaining that they had overbooked the hotel and didn’t have a room for us. This was after confirming our reservation the same morning. The front desk said this may be due to the insufficient performance of the new GM (Chris or Cole I believe his name was?) They can’t even honor a booking, I would not recommend in the future 😂"

"The hotel is an older hotel, with a few stains on the carpets but furnishings are in good shape. The room was clean with adequate bathroom, coffee and tea supplies. Staff was friendly and helpful. One night had an issue with loud arguing people close by. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would stay there again. "

"It was adequate, no coffee maker or hair dryer. Although there’s a cooktop, nothing to cook with. There was about 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no replacement roll. Two days in a row when I came back in the evening to open my room door, the keycard wouldn’t work so had to go all the way back to lobby with my arms full of stuff to get it fixed. The refrigerator was so loud when it ran I thought it was going to explode. The day I left, it was early in the morning and there was a homeless person...

"Clean your parking lot please. I just cleaned my car and when I opened my door to my car to get out at the property a don't high drift if cottonwood blooms filled mt car. Had to literally reclean my car. Cottonwood drifts feet high and not trees in a hundred feet. Clean you damn lot."
