"Clean and modern"

"Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety. Staff was great, the room was clean but some areas were damaged like my bathroom door it was broken at the bottom and it looks unpleasant to see. Bed was not the most comfortable but it was ok. I rate the hotel 4 because of location and cleanliness."

"Clean rooms"

"The pool was closed down for the week, we were not informed prior to booking, this info was not on their website or hotels, nor told to us when we made several calls about the room since it was very vague online… and the pool was our main reason of staying there is they had an indoor pool and we had two little ones that love to swim. So that really messed up our plans and schedule. On top of the pool not being open; There was some kind of Gala so tons of people stayed there and they were up all night partying. Listen get it, that’s not the complaint its the fact, We all did not get a good sleep because the noise was unbearable. We could hear everything until 4 am. No good sound proofing rooms. If you are going to have that and again know this in advance you should inform your other guests so they can plan accordingly . Also, The beds were outdated so very uncomfortable. My sister almost fell out of her bed because it sloped so bad to the one side. The space was set up terrible. They have a pull out sofa that you can’t even use so we had to figure out the space and sleep arrangements…. and we again were informed of this last minute, very poor service. Why advertise that on your rooms page when it’s not even accessible? Very disappointing. The only plus sides was the breakfast and the people in the breakfast room and It was easy to drive to the surrounding areas and great restaurants nearby. We actually left a day early bc we couldn’t bear to spend another night there. "

"The internet was coming in and out. Hard to stay connected. I ended up using my mobile hotspot which worked fine. Great bakery/breakfast spot around the corner Sullivan's Bakery. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean and well maintained."

"This was a great place to stay in between travel. There aren’t many places to eat within walking distance, but the hotel offers some quick food options (a bit pricey, as expected). My son ordered DoorDash, which worked out well. The breakfast was adequate and convenient before heading out. The airport shuttle was very helpful, and our driver was knowledgeable about where to drop off passengers for each airline, which made things easy. The room was well configured for our family, with a separate washing area that had its own door, which we really appreciated. Everything was very clean and comfortable."
