A fantastic place. My spacious room looked out on Fremont Lake and the amazing mountains. The fireplace and the comfy beds were wonderful. The staff were adorable. The walls were numerous and spectacular. A really amazing place!

We stayed late February. Magical location in winter. And reasonable rates. Yes of the beaten path for this time of year, but well worth a stay if your travels take you close

Has a lovely view of the Lake, staff was very helpful with our late check-in (had someone we could call at 11pm with trouble getting into our cabin). Beautiful area, with cute cabins, and kind staff! Would definitely stay here again! Great deal!

We stayed 3 nights in a cabin with a full kitchen. The kitchen had "just enough" pots/pans, utensils, plates/bowls, glassware for 2 people. It might be nice to let guests know how meager the kitchen is stocked on your description of the room. We had come from an extended stay to which I generally throw in dish towels, soap, and dish cloth, so we made out ok. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities that a full kitchen and full size refrigerator allows. A coffee table of some sort would be nice as we like to play a board game and improvised with the ironing board (which was broken, but we managed). We drove up beyond the lodge to the White Pine Resort and enjoyed 1 day of x-country on beautifully groomed trails and 1 day of downhill. We ate at the Lakeside Restaurant one evening and enjoyed our meal.

We have been coming to the lake resort for years. We do this around Christmas because we love the restaurant decorations ambiance. This year the restaurant was closed upland it just wasn’t as fun and joyful as tears past. It was still great, just not as good as years past.

Enjoyed the peaceful retreat; unfortunately the canoes put away for the season. A walking trail May be nice feature eventually on your property . Also a light breakfast option( ie cinnamon rolls or nice muffins) would have been fantastic. Overall enjoyed our quiet stay! Thanks

We do offer burritos as is listed in your welcome email. Thank you for the feedback regarding the kayaks and trail. We are on Forest Service land so we do have to follow their guidelines regarding marina open windows as well as land improvements. Take care!

We love Lakeside and have been coming here for many years. It's under new mgmt since our last stay and we noticed some improvements. We brought our dogs and they loved it-so great to be able to go for walks and not have to have them on leash (of course we kept them on leash by the cabins and where other people were around). Restaurant was good and we enjoyed breakfast burritos one morning. We weren't able to take advantage of the boat rentals this time due to inclement weather, but we still managed to enjoy the fire pit when it wasn't raining!

Our standard cabins do have a shared deck with your neighbor as well as a large beautiful grassy area to enjoy our lake and mountain views. Our studio cabins and suites do have private decks. Third party booking companies do limit us to how descriptive we can be on each room type. We encourage all our guests to contact the resort directly to discuss specific attributes of each cabin type.This time of year our resort has families with children who are enjoying the wonderful elements of our resort. We love to encourage their excitement for our resort.

Liked the setting by the lake. Did not like the dining service - slow and inadequate staffing. Parking was up on the hill and had to walk down/up with luggage to cabin.

Great staff saved the day
Beautiful location with friendly staff who found and returned my wedding ring. We loved swimming in Fremont lake and exploring the mountains.
