"Check in was fast , no too friendly, no info about the hotel was given , Just know that you have to paid for beach chairs , they are not included in your $35 resort fee, also the parking is another $40 per night, the pool staff was friendly, and the food that we ordered was good. The rooms standards , the hotel is going through renovations at this time . Wouldn’t come back ."
"My issue is with hidden charges and non-existent charges. I had a $78 bar charge that wasnot mine. I don't even drink. They charged me for multiple vehicles, only brought one and some eronious $54 charge that doesn't even appear on my receipt. I will be calling Hilton Corprate. This is complete crap!"
"This place was located in a good location. However, Hilton policies are to be discussed. As you check in, they offer you bottle of waters and they are two none branded water in the room for the ENTIRE stay. Hilton has a new policy to not to provide water for its guest as they must buy water at the gift shop or room service, They have the fancy 10$ a bootle of water in there room for purchase only.
