I stayed in one of the rooms at this property and it had all I needed for a two day trip. I was impressed with how well thought out the space in the room organized. If I was going to complain about anything it would be that only 3 hangers were provided and my reading light did not work. Other than that it was a great spot.

We never received the check in email with instructions how to access the airstream. Lucky the guy in charge who was really nice was still there to tell us. We had no hot water. Cold showers weren’t ideal. The airstream was clean but there were no hand towels, no dish soap to clean up the coffee pot and the floors were damaged so I hurt my foot on it. The bedding was nice but the bed sunk in the middle so it was like two people sleeping in a hammock. The grounds needed weed control. I feel like I should have paid half the price I did. It’s not that it was bad it was just overpriced and missing a few key things like hot water.

Everything was terrific before we arrived. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early and when we arrived he was so pleasant. Once I got into the trailer, I used the bathroom. As I lifted the lid, there were poo marks in the toilet bowl. When I flushed, a horrible sewer smell enveloped the trailer. I spoke to the host and he said he clean the toilet, he said smell wouldn’t change so he open a roof fan to air the trailer out. The fan was so noisy. Early in the morning, there was construction behind our trailer and we were getting exhaust from the tractors. We utilized the futon however, the only bedding available was a crumpled up blanket in the trailer window. We also found a dirty sheet at the foot of the bed between the sheets. None of the lights in the worked kitchen area and the lighting elsewhere was dim. Our visit was unfortunate but I hope this was an isolated incident and not common practice.

There is not a kitchen available for cooking. Only a microwave, and a pot for boiling water. I stay was in an airstream, however the bed did not have a mattress topper and was very uncomfortable. I asked the manager if it was possible to get one and he said it was not. The grounds overall were nice, the common area had a Blackstone grill for preparing food which was nice. I like that each airstream had their own individual fire pit with wood supplied. The location was nice as there were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and groceries stores nearby.
