"Very friendly staff, nice clean new facilities. Pool. Very good breakfast buffet at a very close restaurant ( 1 minute walk or less? ). 25 minutes to Schweitzer if you're skiing and road is relatively clear. Several restaurants nearby or a short drive to Sandpoint."

"Check in was good. Theses are small cabins. 2 are connected. Our key would not work well in the door lock. The door knob seemed like it was ready to fall off. You don’t have a lot of TV channels, but sufficed. It was a small cabin, not a major hotel. It was nice for what it was. The shower was good. A lot of hot water. I believe it is the only place to stay in spirit Lake."

"There was never anyone at the front desk. If you needed something you had to constantly call the hotel phone. The breakfast was poor, it consisted of donuts and coffee. The staff was not friendly at all. We were there for four days and were not asked once if we needed anything. The hotel is in poor shape. We will never stay there again. If we wouldn’t have lost our money to them we would have stayed somewhere else. Very poor."
