"In my room all of the cabinets were falling off the hinges. The fan in the bathroom did not work. In the bathroom there was no towel hook and no toilet paper holder. Almost everything in the room was damaged. This is not a location that provides you with any Extended Stay cooking materials. They do not have any luggage carts. Sometimes you can't even park in front of your room. This is a place where you get what you pay for. Good for emergency stays not for anything else"

"Unfortunately, we won’t be staying at this hotel again. We booked a one-bedroom king suite, but the experience was disappointing, the bed was very uncomfortable and constantly squeaked, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. Additionally, there was no dresser available to store clothes and housekeeping was every other day. The only highlight of our stay was the breakfast, which was excellent. Aside from that, the room itself was quite poor for the money paid!"

"My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition."

"The pool was closed, the gym seemed stocked but I didn’t use any of the machines. only one elevator worked and it took forever to come. The hallway and stairs smelled of urine. The light cover literally fell off the wall above the sink as I was in the rest room. It was quiet and very close to shopping. "
