"I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective. The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean. I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. They weren’t set up to keep the room clean: no dog bed was provided and I had to use my own dog towels to wipe their feet. I also had to make a special...

"Parking situation isn’t good. Ok that it’s 2 blocks away but they only have 5 passes so every time you want to park you need to stop at the hotel. Grab one of only 5 parking passes, go park and walk back and return the pass. Not great in 33 degrees and pouring cold rain. They need outlets by the desk that aren’t full. I also think the little gym needs to be open 6-10 vs 7-9. "

"Apparently the check in is framed between 3-6pm. Due to traffic we were late 20 minutes and dared to ring the door. Someone answered and without coming down sent us to the units in the back of the house. The attitude was standoffish. . The bathroom smelled from mold which for me is a turn off. It’s too expensive for what they give. And there are too strict with their rules for travelers."
