"Motel is dated but room was clean and spacious. Bed and bedding were very good. Bathroom and supplies were very good. Shower was average at best. Shower head provided minimal flow and was about 6’-2” high. I’m 6’-6” so a little awkward. Breakfast was a disappointment. Told at check-in breakfast was open 6 to 9. Went to eat about 8, coffee was bad, only had 3 type of cereal. The make your own waffles machine had removed. No evidence there had been any eggs or bacon/sausage. No one around to ask. Just grabbed a glass of OJ and a small packaged honey bun and left. Again bed, room and TV were good."

"On our route 66 trip we wanted to stay in old route 66 properties and this one was perfect. These cottages were built in the 40's and they are adorable."

"Seen a bunch of lot lizards and terrible noises through the walls while I had my children. Other than that the place it’s self wasn’t bad"

"Sleep Inn Suites in Webb City is a clean, modern, comfortable property which is well cared for by a great staff of people. We have stayed at other hotels with well known names and many have not aged well nor been maintained well. The a/c at Sleep Inn Suites was good, the bed was comfy and we even got cookies when we checked in! The hotel had a very handy swimming pool and an arcade room. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of foods. The staff helped us immensely with correcting a future booking error which was my mistake. We will continue to stay there when we are in the area!"

"We were part of a weekend family reunion. The General Manager was awesome, helpful and considerate. We had absolutely no complaints. Hotel and our rooms were spotless. Breakfast was pretty good. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Glad we chose the La Quinta."

"We extended our stay from 1 to 2 nights; for relax & recharge since it was a while we stayed at a nice location as this. Highly recommended, amazing staffs treated everyone like VIP & really felt welcome here. Comfortable bed, very clean and quiet room & location."
