"I wasn't sure about the no-front-desk hotel setup, but my stay was very pleasant. I stayed for 2 weeks, and there's a bit of a DIY element here -- housekeeping service is an add-on -- but the supply closet was always stocked. I stayed in the Deluxe King room with a sitting area. "My stay at the Inn on Negley was so phenomenal. The staff were so kind and the property was beautiful and very tidy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and care. Would 100% stay here again"

"The only real things to raise are: 1) pick a room away from Baum Ave. because there is quite a bit of traffic noise and it does not make for good night’s sleep, and 2) the windows were either slightly dirty or an fogged up (I could not tell) and hence the view was a bit obscured."

"My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not. "Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though."

"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME).
